INTEGRATED PRODUCTION AND QUALITY AGRI-FOOD CONTROL REGION OF MURCIA
It is a quality agricultural production system, which entails a principle of sustainability with the environment, for which it uses practices compatible with the protection and improvement of the environment, natural resources, diversity and conservation of the soil and the landscape.
It must comply with the specific Technical Standards for cultivation in each Autonomous Community, which allows the use of a Guarantee Mark and Quality Logo, guaranteed by the competent body in each Autonomous Community.
This requires the existence of Internal Audits, which are carried out by qualified technical staff from the farm itself, who will advise on agricultural practices and the rational use of water, fertilizers and agrochemicals.
All the operations carried out are reflected in a Field Notebook, which is always available to the administration, clients and external auditors.
Each year the auditors make residue analyses of the olive and oil to ensure that none of these products contain chemical – toxic residues.

– No enzymes are used in the extraction process.
– The oils present the characteristic sensory qualities of the varieties used in terms of colour, smell and taste, and will be qualified by an authorized Tasting Panel.
– The fruits of the different varieties and coupages are medium-high.
